My name is Amanda Cosner. I went to Case Western Reserve Universtity and have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. I worked 4 years doing computer tech support at Case to support me through college.
I work now at a bank doing Technical Consulting which covers everything from databases, software engineering, business analyst work and everything in between.
I am sharing with you skills I have learned and random work arounds that I have learned from experience that you can do to. This blog has little tips and tricks to normal problems you could encounter and is mainly a database of how to do things and how to fix them.
Remember: Tech Support is all about the ability to use what you know and Google what you don't.
